I almost passed this beauty by! I was just killing time and did a peek into one of my go to Parkdale shops, Public Butter. As I was leaving, empty handed, something coaxed me back "Maybe I'll just look at the women's shirt rack real quick." Boy am I glad I did. Lady face is easily a favourite.
